PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine engine fan subjected to little damage in a blade coming off trouble condition. SOLUTION: A fan blade is provided with a wing shape part having a root and an integrated platform. The platform is provided with a front edge part, a rear edge part, and bow shaped primary and secondary side part between the front and the rear edge parts. The root of the wing shape part is offset in the horizontal direction to get close to the primary side part rather than the secondary side part of the platform. Accordingly, a shock load on a following blade is broken up to reduce the peak load and damage of the following blade in a blade coming off trouble condition.
