摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly device, capable of smoothly and efficiently assembling hexagonal segments, despite the fact that the length in the circumferential direction of a tunnel of the hexagonal segments is larger than the width between propulsive jacks adjacent to each other in an assembly method of the hexagonal segments, when a tunnel lining section of one portion of a ring is constructed, by assembling four hexagonal segments in zig-zag on an excavated wall surface excavated using a small caliber shield excavator. SOLUTION: When a new hexagonal segment is sent in a trapezoid space section, formed between front half parts of a hexagonal segment projected in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel in the tunnel lining section by an erector, the hexagonal segment is twisted so that a front side inclined end face section in a V-shaped inclined end face on one end side thereof and a rear side inclined end face section in a V-shaped inclined end face on the other end side are set parallel to the longitudinal direction of the tunnel; and after the hexagonal segment passes through between the propulsive jacks adjacent to each other in that posture, it is twisted in the opposite direction so that the front end of the V-shaped inclined end face is directed in the circumferential direction of the tunnel; and under such a state, a rear half section of the hexagonal segment is incorporated in the trapezoid space section to connect.
