PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door metal fitting for a door stopper for holding a released door in the release position thereof, enabling a product to be supplied at a low cost, making a mounting method for a permanent magnet simple and reliable, making the permanent magnet waterproof and dustproof, and reducing impact sounds during the adsorption of an adsorbed piece. SOLUTION: The door fitting for the magnet-type door stopper has an adsorption body constituted, by placing a highly magnetic substance metal yoke at the upper end of the vertically magnetized permanent magnet; the adsorption body is covered with a casing, which is a nonmagnetic substance; a part of the casing is extended outward, so as to be consubstantial with the casing and taken as a mounting seat and a protruding piece; a mounting screw hole is formed in the mounting seat; and the lower casing of the adsorption body, that is, a lower wall is made thinner than the casing covering other sections. The fitting can easily meet different requests, for mounting vertically or horizontally, or to be installed in a dug-in place by changing the position and composition of the mounting seat.
