PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily position a revolving superstructure for construction machinery by inhibiting a slewing flow at a time, when the revolving superstructure stops its slewing operation. SOLUTION: In the slewing controller 8 for the construction machinery constituted, so that the revolving superstructure loaded on lower machinery is slewed by a slewing hydraulic motor 6 driven by a slewing-side hydraulic pump 13, the slewing controller for the construction machinery configured, in such a manner that a pressure switch 10 detecting slewing operation is installed; while a controller 11 outputting a command signal on the basis of the detecting signal of the pressure switch 10 is mounted; a solenoid valve 12 for controlling the hydraulic pump 13 by the command signal of the controller 11 is disposed and the flow rate of the hydraulic pump 13 is prevented at a fixed flow rate by the control of the solenoid valve 12, based on the command signal of the controller 11, when slewing operation is detected by the pressure switch 11 is provided.
