PURPOSE: An underground anchor pile is provided to maximize fixative force and load bearing force of an anchor pile and to correspond to tensile force sufficiently by increasing the binding force of a joint between upper and lower tread bars. CONSTITUTION: In the underground anchor pile interposed to a pile hole(5) bored on the ground and fixed by grout materials injected into the pile hole(5) at the state of adjusting the height of tread bars(1) connected mutually by a coupler(2), a circulation hose(20) contains an inlet(21) and an outlet(22) connected longitudinally and projected to the outside of a pile hole(5) and many exhaust holes and is fitted to the outside of the tread bar(1) and projected to the outside of a pile hole(5), a rubber band is expanded/contracted by injection pressure of grout materials to operate the exhaust hole and covers around the exhaust hole, and a grout valve(40) provided with primary and secondary exhaust holes, which are larger than the outside diameter of the circulation hose(20) of the rubber band, is installed to the outside of the rubber band.
