PURPOSE: A system for synthetically managing and processing bills using a communication network and a method thereof are provided to synthetically manage and process charge bills, sent to clients from demand companies. CONSTITUTION: A server computer(16) provides integrated bill management and processing service. A demand company computer(10) is installed in a demand company that claims payment from clients for charges. A client accesses the server computer(16) using a client computer(12), becomes a member, and uses public charge payment agency service that the server computer(16) provides. A bank computer(18) receives a charge payment processing request from the server computer(16), confirms whether a relevant client is authenticated, and executes charge payment processing from the client's account to a demand company's account. The server computer(16) receives client information from the client computer(12) and creates an integrated demand breakdown table. Based on the integrated demand breakdown table, the server computer(16) extracts a demand breakdown near to a due date, generates an integrated notice, and transmits it to the client computer(12).
