PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiplayer information recording medium on which information can accurately be recorded/reproduced by quickly deciding which information surface is irradiated with light and to provide a recording/ reproducing method and a recording/reproducing device for the multilayer information recording medium. SOLUTION: The way to change the shape of projecting parts and recessed parts and/or grooves of the projecting parts and recessed parts on a longitudinal direction, formed on a plurality of layers 2, 4, 6 and 8 by continuous or discontinuous grooves, where the information is recorded or reproduced by light emission, for instance, the depth and/or width of the projecting/recessed parts and the amplitude and cycle of the meander of the projecting/recessed parts are made different according to the layers. |
