PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image transmitting apparatus that uses a multi-monitor function of an operating system so as to simply transmit image information. SOLUTION: An NTSC conversion section 6 converts image data, which are supplied from a multi-monitor compatible application 5 working on the WINDOWS (R) 98 or 2000 through the use of its multi-monitor function to a video card 2, that is, all image/audio outputs able to be outputted from a personal computer, specifically, a still picture/audio file, moving picture/audio file, streaming video/audio data, application image/audio data, and a part or all of output images from a video card 1 supplied to the video card 2, into image data of the NTSC system and gives the image data to a DTC(Desk Top Communication) board 9, where the image data are subjected to a prescribed encode processing and the resulting image data are transmitted. |
