PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-storing body whose heat storage efficiency is improved by devising a shape for improving an execution property, increasing a filling rate and an area/weight ratio to the volume of the heat-storing body, and improving the flow behavior of a medium such as circulation water. SOLUTION: In the heat-storing body in a three-dimensional shape other than a sphere, a column, and a rectangular parallelepiped, the three-dimensional shape has at least one top section and a bottom surface, and the bottom surface is in circular, elliptic, or polygonal shape, and the area (S) of the bottom surface is 1-50 cm2. |
