PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a consumer information collecting system capable of easily collecting information about the consumer by providing various useful information for a consumer having bought a commodity. SOLUTION: This consumer information collecting system 10 is provided with a commodity ID database 30, in which each commodity and a commodity identification code added to each commodity are stored in correlation with each other, a means checking whether the commodity identification code transmitted from a personal computer 16 of the consumer corresponds to that registered in the commodity ID database 30 or not, a means transmitting a registration form of consumer information to the personal computer 16 of the consumer when the commodity identification code transmitted from the personal computer 16 of the consumer corresponds to that registered in the commodity ID database 30, a consumer information database 34 storing consumer information inputted to the registration form and transmitted from the personal computer 16 of the consumer in correlation with the consumer identification code, and a means transmitting additional value information to the computer 16 of the consumer whose consumer information is registered in the consumer information database 34. |
