When the questionnaire respondent (facility user) requests facility data providing through a terminal, a user correspondence processing part 704 offers the facility data and a questionnaire in the case of meeting the questionnaire performance condition, a questionnaire reminding processing part 706 reminds the questionnaire respondent of an answer when there is no answer within a prescribed period, a questionnaire accumulating part 712 accumulates the questionnaire when the respondent answers the questionnaire, and the part 707 presents questionnaire accumulation results to the survey client. |
