PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect learning efforts for avoiding risk such as an accident and disease upon an insurance fee. SOLUTION: A learning device 11 requests an insurance fee setting system 1 to display an image carrying learning items for avoiding risk according to an instruction by an expected insurance applicant. The system 1 authenticates the expected insurance applicant and subsequently transmits a list image of the learning items to the learning device 11. The system 1 also transmits the image of an item selected by the expected insurance applicant to the device 11. The expected insurance applicant learns according to information received by the device 11. The system 1 manages, for instance, learning results such as learning time. When the system 1 receives a request for insurance fee information from an insurance fee display device 21, the system 1 authenticates the expected insurance applicant, subsequently calculates an insurance fee by taking the learning results into consideration and transmits the insurance fee to the display device 21. |
