PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantify a fire risk by predicting damage after a fire breaks out in accordance with the spatial characteristic/application of a building. SOLUTION: This fire risk quantifying system for calculating damage by the fire is provided with an inputting means 4 for inputting information necessary to damage calculation by the fire, an occurrence probability calculating means 12 for calculating occurrence probability corresponding to duration of the fire on the basis of the information inputted by the means 4, an area calculating means 13 for calculating an area to be damaged corresponding to duration of the fire on the basis of the information inputted by the means 4 and further with a damage calculating means 14 for calculating damage by the fire according to the occurrence probability and the area to be damaged, defines the expansion of a spatial area to be burned out, corresponding to the lapse of time after the outbreak of the fire, decides a progress condition obtained by taking the duration of the fire into consideration in accordance with potential power the fire has, and quantifies the fire risk by calculating the damage from the occurrence probability and the area to be damaged. |
