PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete block, which emits light at night, can be recognized distinctly, resists salt damage and frost damage and resists an impact. SOLUTION: The concrete block is composed of residual forms (2) having at least a surface layer section (2b), in which a luminescent pigment is mixed into the surface of a fiber reinforced plastic layer (2a), and being made of fiber reinforced plastics and a concrete block body (1) made of concrete placed into the residual forms (2). |
