PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target achievement supporting method capable of providing advice information for achieving a prescribed target suitably corresponding to the present state of a user. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a derivation condition database 4 for storing derivation conditions for deriving the advice information to a prescribed item and a user information database 2 for storing the target value of the user to the item. A control means 6 extracts the derivation conditions from the derivation condition database 4, derives the advice information of the first time on the basis of the garget value and reports it to the user. Afterwards, on the basis of the present state value of the user to the item corresponding to the advice information of the last time, the advice information of the next time is obtained and reported to the user.
