PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective dispatch area display system used for a fire- fighting direction system by ISDN lines. SOLUTION: The 119 dial to be transmitted via NTT (R) switchboards 21 and 22 or the like arrives at a reception desk 2 via an NTT relay switchboard 20, the ISDN line 7, and an instruction control device 1. The instruction control device 1 comprises an ISDN line control circuit 3, a reception desk I/F circuit 4, a TSW 5, and an MPU 6. Then, display devices 10-12 as peripheral equipment are connected to the instruction control device 1 via external display devices 10-12 or a LAN 9.
