PURPOSE: An electromotive skin scrapper is provided to prevent a portion of the body from getting caught between a main case and a skin scrapper by a safety stopper and to keep a skin scrapper clean by removing dirt and moisture on a skin scrapper automatically. CONSTITUTION: The electromotive skin scrapper comprises a driving motor(12) installed in a box type main case, a driving bevel gear(13) installed on an end of a driving shaft(12a) of the driving motor(12) in one with a driving sprocket(16), right/left bevel gears(14a)(14b) installed to both sides of the driving bevel gear(13) to be engaged, right/left hard skin removal rolls(25a)(25b) projected to the outside of the main case, rotated along the rotation direction of the right/left bevel gears(14a)(14b) and installed toward the side of the right/left bevel gears(14a)(14b) engaged in the driving bevel gear(13), a driven sprocket(17) taking rotary force of the driving sprocket(16) by a chain(18) transferring the rotation of the driving sprocket(16), a rectangular bearing bar(19), a skin scrapper(20) covered with a bath towel and installed to the outside an elastic member covered around many anti-racing supports projected to the outside of a hollow rectangular bar where the bearing bar(19) is fitted, and a safety stopper whose one end is contacted to the outside of the rotating direction of the skin scrapper(20) covered with the bath towel by elasticity and the other end is fixed to the main case.
