Integrated circuit memory card e.g. prepaid card, sets number of flash memory cells in large size page larger than that of small size page

A flash memory array (16) of the memory card (10) includes several large size and small size pages having flash memory cells which are erased simultaneously. The number of flash memory cells in large size page is larger than that of small size page. An Independent claim is included for method for storing instruction into array of flash memory in integrated circuit card.
