PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single spindle driving system of simple construction enabling a specific driver to be exchanged without halting the system as a whole. SOLUTION: This single spindle driving system has such a scheme that each single spindle driving unit U is equipped with a motor 5, which, in turn, is equipped with a motor driver circuit 3b, and driving power is supplied from a common three-phase power line 1 via the motor driver circuit 3b to the individual motor 5; wherein each of the motor driver circuits 3b is mounted with a non-contact power supply unit 3a composed of a primary side coil unit LU1 and secondary side coil unit LU2. This driving system works as follows: non- contact power supply is performed from the power line 1 to the respective driver circuits 3b by making use of the electromagnetic inductive action between two coils L1 and L2, thereby a trouble object in a specific driver circuit 3b can be exchanged with a simple construction without halting the system as a whole and also without providing any inhibitory circuit against inrush current.
