PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle of inclination changing device capable of receiving and holding a plate work carried in the transverse direction as it is, changing the plate work in an inclined state by an arbitrary angle from the received position, and forward the work in the carrying direction. SOLUTION: A plate-like unit 5 turnable around the horizontal axis 51 of rotation extending in the carrying direction A is provided, and the plate-like unit 5 comprises a space 52 for receiving and holding the plate work, and rollers 53 and 54 provided facing each other across the space 52, and a carrying means 55 provided on the side of the horizontal axis 51 of rotation of the space 52. At least one of the rollers 53 and 54 and the carrying means 55 moves the plate work abutted thereon in the carrying direction A, the plate-like unit 5 receives the plate work in the space 52, and turns it by an arbitrary angle, and feeds the plate work from the space 52.
