PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for facilitating the work of managing a usable communication means for each destination even when there are many destinations to perform transmission in the case of transmitting prescribed document information to prescribed destinations. SOLUTION: The plural pieces of communication destination data and the communication means as the attribute data of the communication destination data are stored. In the case that a user transmits the prescribed document information to the prescribed destination by using this information processor, the instructed destination is retrieved for the communication destination data, the valid communication means provided in the transmission destination are displayed as the result of the retrieval and the user selects and instructs which one of the displayed valid communication means is to be used. The information processor works, converts and transmits the prescribed document information so as to be suited to the selected communication means.
