PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory system capable of connecting a memory controller and plural memory modules in equal distances. SOLUTION: This memory system is composed of the memory controller 1, three memory modules 2-4, one socket 5 for attaching and detaching the three memory modules 2-4 and a motherboard 6 for mounting the memory controller 1 and the socket 5, etc. The memory controller 1 and the memory modules 2-4 are connected in the equal distances through the socket pins 12 and 13 of the socket 5 branched from bus wiring 14 on the motherboard 6. For the socket 5, the three sets of the plural socket pins 12 and 13 are radially provided corresponding to the respective memory modules 2-4 and there are a structure provided with three module junction contact parts and a structure provided with one module junction contact part for one substrate bus connection part.
