<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely detect the liquid quantity in a cylinder, even if the pressure decreases due to, for example, gas leakage from a gas chamber in a dual- structured piston type accumulator. SOLUTION: A cylinder 17 is provided in a vessel body 1, a magnet 13 is provided on a magnet mount 12 erected inside the piston 20 inserted into the cylinder 17, and a probe rod 6 of a magnetro-striction type linear displacement sensor 5 is provided inside an air feed side plate 2 along the moving locus of the magnet.</p> |
