PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system/method for recycle promotion for promoting the recycle of structuring members for a store and a managing method for managing the construction and dismantling of the store. SOLUTION: Recyclable members and nonrecyclable members can be specified by referring to a master table 215 in which the members constituting the store and recycle possibility information showing whether or not the member is recyclable are related to each other and registered. They are displayed on a display 222 in a mode where the recyclable members can be selected more easily than the nonrecyclable members. Thus, an operator selects members for constituting a store from among the displayed members.
