PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify inquiry with respect to respective materials in the case of preparing a finished product consisting of plural materials. SOLUTION: When a prescribed finished product consisting of the plural materials is designated from a client 1 of an orderer, a finished product designating means 3a receives the designation. A material referring means 3g obtains information on the materials constituting the designated finished product. A material sorting means 3b sorts the materials to each corresponding order- receiving person. An inquiry means 3c makes an inquiry to clients 5 to 7 of the corresponding order-receiving person in accordance with the result of sorting by the means 3b. An auction means 3d decides a condition by an auction when there are plural order-receiving persons of the same materials. A transaction condition obtaining means 3e obtains a transaction condition being the result of the inquiry by the means 3d or the means 3c. A presenting means 3f generalizes the transaction condition of each order-receiving person to present it to the client 1 having made the request.
