摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handy non-destructive measuring apparatus for the components of fruits consuming less electric power and having a high measuring accuracy. SOLUTION: The handy non-destructive measuring apparatus 100 for the components of fruits includes a plurality of LDs 1 having a plurality of different emission wavelengths; irradiation means 81 and 91 for applying light beams from the LDs to fruits to be measured; a light detecting means 4 for detecting the intensity of the light beams reflected from the fruits; a computing means 7 for calculating the amounts of components of the fruits from the intensity of the light beams reflected from the fruits; a display means 72 for displaying the result of computation; and a power supply 75. The LDs are arranged in a circle and the irradiation means uniformly collect the light beams from the individual LDs at one end and then distribute and output the collected light beams uniformly to a plurality of portions while being arranged in a circle. The light detecting means 4 is provided at the center of outputs arranged in a circle and the computing means 7 calculates the amounts of components of the fruits from the relationship among the wavelengths of the light beams applied, the components of the fruits, and the intensity of the reflected light beams.</p>
