PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically reduce the cost required for the operation management of vehicles and, particularly, reduce the man-hour required for operation management per vehicle and equipment cost for a company or office operating vehicles for business use in a scale having a vehicle number of about 10 or less. SOLUTION: A manufacturing company or sales company of automobiles unitarily and uniformly manages vehicle operations for vehicles delivered to a user in a scale of several thousands or more and independently provides the operation management information required by the user to the respective user. Uniform cruising servers are arranged in the individual vehicles to automatically transmit output information to a center server by use of a portable telephone line. The center server edits it in the form of operation daily report and delivers the result to an operation manager via Internet.
