PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking facility management system capable of informing drivers where the empty lots are by inexpensively and stably determining empty lots day and night regardless of intensity of sunlight, lighting environment or the like. SOLUTION: This parking facility management system managing the parking situation of a parking facility is characterized in that it is provided with a wide dynamic range camera having logarithmic input output characteristics and outputting image data by picking up an image of an area including a plurality of parking lots of the parking facility, and an empty lot discriminating means discriminating an existence of a vehicle per parking lot on the basis of the image data.
