PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pressure gauge and a Bourdon tube capable of reducing the work manhours, enhancing the shape stability and capable of securing the safety of an operator. SOLUTION: In this pressure gauge where compressed air is introduced into the Bourdon tube 3 from the fixing end, the free end 3a of the Bourdon tube 3 is displaced by the introduced compressed air, and the displacement is displayed as pressure of the compressed air by rotating a pointer via a pointer driving mechanism 6 installed on the free end 3a, a cross-sectional shape of the Bourdon tube 3 is formed as an almost flat surface 3c on the inner peripheral side and a circular arc-shaped curved surface 3d on the outer peripheral side.
