PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of metallic powder and prevent gas contained in a synthetic resin raw material from leaking to the outside by using two non-contact shaft gears and a mechanical seal device. SOLUTION: A gear pump for a kneading and extruding device consists of a pair of gears 14, 15 arranged in parallel inside a casing 11 and constituted in a meshing condition, a bearing 16 provided in the casing 11 to support each gear 14, 15 rotatably, and the mechanical seal device 17 provided on drive shafts 14a, 15a of each gear 14, 15. Each gear 14, 15 rotates in a non-contact condition.
