PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a crush-pad for a vehicle is provided to simplify the manufacturing process and increase the adherent capability between an insert and polypropylene foam. CONSTITUTION: In manufacturing a crush-pad of a vehicle, laminated PVC skin(13) and polypropylene foam(14) are integrally formed. An adhesive(15) is spread on the polypropylene foam. An insert(17) forming plural discharge openings(16) and the polypropylene foam are put in a press metal mold and pressed. Therefore, the adherent capability between the inset and polypropylene foam is increased with the simplified manufacturing process.
