PURPOSE: A telephoto lens built-in tuyere observation device is provided which exactly observes operation conditions inside a melting furnace by installing a telephoto lens inside a tuyere observation device, thereby expanding operation conditions in front of the tuyere through the tuyere observation device. CONSTITUTION: In forming a tuyere observation device(4) confirming operation conditions through an oxygen lance supplying oxygen into a melting furnace, the telephoto lens built-in tuyere observation device comprises an observation device body(6) in which an insertion hole(6a) is formed, and which is installed in front of the oxygen lance; a concave lens(12) and a convex lens(13) which are built-in the insertion hole(6a) of the observation device body(6); a distance maintenance device(14) which is formed between the concave lens(12) and the convex lens(13) so as to adjust telephoto magnification; and a fixed member(10) in which an observation hole(11) connected to the inside of the insertion hole(6a) is formed, and which is installed at one side of the observation device body(6).
