PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information distributing equipment utilizing position information and an information charging method utilizing the position information wherein a user can broadcast desired information to plural terminal devices existing in a prescribed region, by utilizing position information calculated with a radio wave of a satellite and a radio wave transmitted from a portable terminal of PHS or the like. SOLUTION: This charging method utilizes a plurality of terminal devices which recognize present position information and can transmit and/or receive information, and a server which controls the transmitting and receiving of information between a specified terminal device and the other terminal device, based on position information from the specified terminal device. The server broadcasts desired information which is transmitted by the specified terminal device to a prescribed range, and performs charging to the specified terminal device which transmits the information in response to the prescribed region where the broadcasting is performed.
