PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost fixing device which easily fits a separation claw, is small, decreases the number of components, and is satisfactorily assembled without a tool. SOLUTION: A separation claw 16 is connected to a spring 45, has a rotational shaft 16b whose both ends 16c are approximately in the form of an oval or ellipse, and also has a projection 16d. A second housing 26 has a slit-like bearing 26a with a slit having a relationship of C<A<D<B, wherein A is a width of an upper slit 26b, B is a width of a lower slit 26c, C is the shortest diameter of each end 16c and D is the longest diameter of each end 16c. The second housing 26 also has an oblique rib 26d. To hold the separation claw 16 in a predetermined position, the separation claw 16 is reversely turned in the direction where the spring 45 is pressed, while both the ends 16c are disposed in the lower slit 26c and the projection 16d contacts the oblique rib 26d.
