PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device by which a high-quality image having no image defect is obtained over a long term by preventing the walk of the tubular semiconductive film of an electrifying member so as to realize the reduction of cost, contamination resistance and high image quality with respect to the electrifying member having the tubular semiconductive film on its surface. SOLUTION: The electrifying member CR is provided with a film electrode supporting roll 11 formed of a semiconductive foaming elastic layer 13 fixed and supported on a conductive roll shat 12 and having a cylindrical outer peripheral surface 13a, and a film electrode 14 attached to the outer peripheral surface of the roll 11 in a tight-contact state and formed of the endless semiconductive film provided with a resistance generation part for preventing movement being a resistance in the case of moving in an axial direction along the surface of the roll 11 on its inner peripheral surface coming into contact with the outer peripheral surface 13a of the roll 11.
