PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain videos in a room from the objective lens of the outdoor side of a door scope equipped in the door of an existing building. SOLUTION: This scope device for monitoring the inside of the room has an objective section, eyepiece section and focusing section at a main body in order to enlarge the videos of the inside of the room obtained from the outdoor side of the door scope equipped in the door of the existing building when patrolling and monitoring the inside of the room from outdoors. The objective section of the main body is brought into tight contact with the objective lens section of the door scope from outdoors, by which the videos of the inside of the room are obtained from outdoors and the patrolling and monitoring are made possible.
