PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor improved in measuring accuracy and an internal combustion engine control device for automobile improved in control accuracy. SOLUTION: A pressure detecting part 22 and a temperature detecting part 24 are formed on a sensor chip 20. The pressure detecting part 22 is covered with gel 50, while the temperature detecting part 24 is not covered with the gel, and is exposed to a measuring object fluid.
