PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic sensor which can correctly analyze spectra of acoustic signal on one hardware at high speeds. SOLUTION: When sound waves received by a wave-receiving part 24 are transmitted to cantilevered bar-shaped resonating parts 21 having bar-shaped resonators 25 with lengths to resonate by different specific frequencies respectively, each of the resonators 25 of the resonating parts 21 resonates. The resonance changes a capacity of a capacitor constituted of a leading end part of each resonator 25 and an electrode 3. This change of the capacity is converted by a detecting circuit 4 to an electrical signal, and the electrical signal is integrated within an arbitrary set time, whereby a change with time of a level of sound waves at each frequency is detected.
