PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fluid machinery capable of easily and precisely adjusting a phase of a rotor after assembling a timing gear to improve the workability, volumetric efficiency, and the durability. SOLUTION: A male screw part 33b is provided on one side 33a of either of a drive shaft 9 and a driven shaft 33, a female screw part 51b is provided in an inner peripheral part of a shaft hole 51a of either of a first timing gear 49 and a second timing gear 51 to screw-fit it in the male screw part 33b, a nut 55 is screw-fitted in the male screw part 33b to tighten the timing gear 51 on one side on the shaft 33 on one side, and the other timing gear 49 is fixed by pressing it in one side 9a of the other shaft 9.
