The device includes a vehicle speed sensor or vehicle speed speedometer data which is sent electronically to an electronic module which electrically treats this electronic information, with a display (3) showing the state of mobility of the vehicle, the acceleration, the constant speed and the deceleration visually. This display is mounted at the rear of the vehicle, so that the other drivers could see this information and act on it accordingly.
