<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device capable of acquiring a picked-up image having accurate quality within the longest photographing time by rapidly controlling an image pickup condition based on image blur caused at the time of picking up an image. SOLUTION: When the image blur exceeds an allowable value, exposure is repeated until the longest photographing time is attained, and when the image blur does not exceed the allowable value even when allowable exposure time (2nd exposure time) elapses, the image processing of image pickup data in an allowable underexposure state and the recording thereof on a recording medium are performed, and when the repetition of the exposure exceeds the longest photographing time, image pickup is stopped. By such control, the appropriately exposed picked-up image having high quality, where the image blur is within the allowable value, is obtained in appropriate exposure time (1st exposure time) basically. When the image blur is not within the allowable value because of repeating the exposure until the longest photographing time is attained after the allowable exposure time elapses, the image processing and the recording of the image pickup data in the allowable underexposure state are performed instead of the appropriately exposed picked-up image having high quality, and the underexposed picked-up image having allowable quality is rapidly and accurately acquired.</p> |
