PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a large quantity of various data items intelligibly. SOLUTION: This method is provided with a form specification process S1 for specifying a form registered in a form database for transmission use, a form display process S2 for displaying the specified form following style data, and a field data extraction process S3 for extracting data having an item related to the field name from among each field of the specified form from an itemized database 13, and housing the extracted data in the field. In addition, an access permission process S5 for permitting access of each field data of the form to a sending address of the form as a group of information when the data are housed in the field is also provided.
