PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for making it possible to communicate information desired to transmit without vocalization when communicating the information to someone at the other end by originating a call. SOLUTION: In case a user sends out signals by cellular phone, when a specified time has passed after the reception of a reply (CONN) signal transmitted from a base station when someone at the other end holds up the phone, oral data previously stored in memory, or oral data converted from texts externally taken in by electronic mail receiving function or texts entered by key operation at terminals is automatically reproduced and transmitted to the someone at the other end, and after completion of the transmission, the connection is automatically broken.
