PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame for an opening, which can be mounted through simplified mounting work, and can prevent leakage of light from a gap between a light-shielding member and the frame itself, and to provide a structure for setting the frame. SOLUTION: The frame 4, to be set in the opening 2 of a building skeleton 1, is comprised of an external frame portion 5 which covers an external portion H of an internal peripheral surface 3, forming the opening 2 and an internal frame portion 6, which is integrally formed together with the external frame portion 5 and covers an internal portion h of the internal peripheral surface 3. Then, a mounting portion 26, on which the light-shielding member 25 is mounted, is formed on an internal head member 10 at the upper portion of the internal frame portion 6.
