<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability by suppressing a film surface vibration due to a pulsation pressure of exhaust generated in a partitioning plate of an exhaust pipe connected through a spherical joint to a collective part of an exhaust manifold. SOLUTION: In this structure, connecting a collective part 3 of an exhaust manifold and an exhaust pipe 4 to each other through a spherical joint 7 and provided separately from each other with a partitioning plate 12, 13 defining two exhaust passages in the inside of the collective part and the exhaust pipe, a reinforcing plate 20, 21 is secured so as to overlap with each other to the partitioning plate 13 in an exhaust pipe side. Particularly these reinforcing plates are extended from an end part of the upstream side of the partitioning plate toward the downstream side, a tip end part 27, 28 overlapped in the upstream end part of the partitioning plate is formed in high rigidity, and a part 29, 30 in the downstream is formed in low rigidity. In addition, a bending part 32 covering the upstream end face of the partitioning plate is provided in one reinforcing plate 20.</p> |
