<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the wear of each slide face of a roller, an Oldham's ring, and an auxiliary bearing to the minimum extent and improve compression performance and reliability simultaneously even in operation for a long time. SOLUTION: A helical blade type compressor is provided with the roller stored in a cylinder fixed in a sealed casing so as to revolve freely, the auxiliary bearing having a thrust receive face supporting a thrust face of the roller slidably, and the Oldham's ring provided slidably between the auxiliary bearing and the roller to connect the roller with the bearing so as to revolve freely while regulating its rotation. A hard layer of HmV25gf450 or more is formed on each slide face of the roller, the auxiliary bearing, and the Oldham's ring.</p> |
