The information is deencrypted at the mobile telephone by a processor which manages and gives access to the information. The personalised information broadcast method has a personalised form of text message broadcast using individualised encrypted cell broadcasting. After broadcasting the information is deencrypted at the mobile telephone by a processor which manages and accesses information, allowing subscriber access to desired services.
