PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional monitoring system that various sensors installed in an air conditioner alarm at all times when detected values are out of an appropriate range, however, in spite that judgement whether it is abnormal or not necessitates the consideration of effects of environments, such as an operating time or the like, the consideration could not be reflected. SOLUTION: A facility controller is provided with an operating condition collecting means for collecting the operating conditions of an indoor machine and an outdoor machine, a memory means for storing appropriate operation information, an operating condition comparing and deciding means for deciding from the appropriate operation information and the operating condition whether there is abnormality in the operation or not, and an appropriate operation information changing means for changing the appropriate operation information stored in the memory means. In this case, the appropriate operation information is constituted of the elapse time of operation and a condition information in the elapse time of operation whereby the appropriate abnormality detection is permitted through the operating condition. |
