PURPOSE: An engine mounting structure of a vehicle is provided to improve productivity of vehicles by improving stability and efficiency of docking operations. CONSTITUTION: An engine mounting structure of a vehicle comprises an oil pan(10) installed at the lower end of an engine body, a cradle(12) for securing an engine, and a securing member(20) installed between the oil pan and the cradle, to stably get the position of the engine in the docking operations of the engine. The securing member is made of such an elastic material as rubber and the securing member forms a projection for stable combination with the cradle, at the bottom.
