L-THREONINE PRODUCING E. COLI STRAIN

摘要

The invention relates to a bacterium of the genus Escherichia which allows upon fermentation the production of L-Threonine in an amount of more than 20 g/l and which is available by conjugation of E. coli ATCC 21148 and E. coli ATCC 21151 and subsequent mutation and selection of aminohydroxyvaleric acid (AHV) negative strains.
